Welcome to Pirate Island. Actually, it's called "the island of pilates" on the map but let's assume it's not an island where they hold exercise class. Anyway, let's start off with a bit of looting shall we.
Go into the E building first. Search to find two TOOLs (heal potions). You'll find a SAVE POINT here as well.
Now head over to the to the far W building and go inside. Flip both switches (see pic) and talk to both pirates here. Choose top answers.
Exit and go into the building in the middle. The Captain is sitting in his quarters behind the blue curtains but you can't get in there because the guards won't let you. Let's fix that problem.
Go talk to the woman behind the bar. Choose the bottom answer and she'll go over to the piano and ask you which song you'd like to hear. The top one is the one we want so choose it. Everyone in the bar comes over to hear the song including the pirates guarding the Captains quarters. Now's our chance!
Go into the Captains quarters through the blue curtains. The Captain asks you a question. Choose either answer and he'll go into the other room to see what's going on. After he leaves Olga will talk to you. Time for some snooping around.
First take a look at the chart (map) on the wall behind the desk. Now go over to the skull candle and press Button I to light it. Good thing you always carry your Zippo with you. A secret passage opens up.
Go down the stairs. Hmmm...someone is locked up down here. Walk toward him.
-Cut Scene-
Seems he wants out. Go ahead and flip the switch to let him out.
Busted! -Cut Scene-
You are taken to the entrance of Pirate Cave. Kashim the thief and archer will now join you. (keep in mind I'm writing this as a monk)
Don't go into the cave just yet. Time to grab some more "booty" first.
Go back into the W building and talk to the man in the W room. He'll give you LOCK PICKs (x5). You'll be using these in a few minutes.
See that wall in the middle of the room? I bet there'd be some cool items on the other side of it if only we could figure out how to get it to move out of the way. Good thing you're reading this because I'm going to show you how. It's really quite easy.
Go to the SW part of the room and you'll step on a secret switch (see pic). Taa-daa! Now let's go see what's over there.
Search to find TOOL, TRINKET (Pow +2) and a MAGIC SCROLL. Nice haul!
Ok, now you can head back over to the cave. As you walk inside, Kashim will say a few words then just go on in.
Once you're inside the cave, you will see three colored doors here (see pic).
You could just type in the pass code for the red door, but then you'd miss a lot of the treasure here and really it's not much of a shortcut anyway. For future reference, the pass code is 1,4,000. Let's use the blue door instead.
Lock pick the blue door then go down the stairs. Follow the path, then down stairs again.
Step on the floor switch to open the passage. Go S through the door and step on both foor switches. Head E then N to another floor switch.
Now go NE to a hidden switch (see pic) to open the passage. Go through the newly opened passage and up the stairs.
Hey, haven't we seen this place before? Yep, it's the back room of the E building. Search to find the MAGIC SCROLL [Darkness] (see pic) and TREASURE [Gold Rock]. Nice! Now head back downstairs.
Head all the way W. Step on floor switch, go through passage and down the stairs.
Go E, then N through the "flip door". Go E again to...
-FIGHT-
That should have been an easy enough fight for you. Continue E and S through flip door. Go S to floor switch to open passage. G through passage to get TREASURE [Gold Rock].
Head back N to pillar and press secret switch here (see pic). Notice the rocks appear in the water
Go across the rocks then N to get TREASURE x2 [Gold Rock].
Now head far S and W then go up the stairs here (see pic). Go up next set of stairs as well.
Go N and press the secret switch here (see pic) to make a ladder appear. Go up the ladder. Follow the path then up the stairs.
Get the PERMANENT HOLIX [Crystal Of Water] here (see pic). Woohoo!
Go back down the stairs and down the ladder. Then go down stairs and down stairs again. Head S through the flip door.
Go E, N then W to stairs down (see pic)
Go S and step on the secret floor switch here (see pic). Go through the passage and get the TREASURE [Gold Rock].
Go all the way W and step first on secret floor switch "A", then step on secret floor switch "B" (see pic).
Go N then NE to read the NOTE by the broken bridge. Head back aroung the way you came then N then E and down the stairs.
Welcome to the Colored Floor Puzzle (see pic). Walk S stepping only on Green then walk N stepping only on Yellow. Finally, walk S again stepping only on Blue. Unlock!
Seems we've come to a big hole in the ground. How will you get across? You gotta have faith! Just step on out there fella. (see pic)
Go NW to stairs down. Go E to...
-FIGHT-
Go N to SAVE POINT. Now head W and down stairs.
Go S, E, N, then W to another "magic bridge" (see pic). Go S over the bridge to get TOOL [Source Of Speed]. Now head back N to...
-BOSS FIGHT-
-CUT SCENE- where you will recieve 2 pieces of TREASURE.
When talking to the Captain, you will be given four choices. Choose the bottom answer. For the next question, choose the top answer.
-CUT SCENE- where you'll recive a sweet boat! (see pic)
Now you are back at the WORLD MAP. Set sail for Rostarl!
